What happens if my income changes while I am living there? Income eligibility is determined during the application process. If there are changes to income the on-site social worker will help you evaluate and subsidies for which you might be eligible. Some of the buildings have an annual income certification at which time changes will be discussed. Do you have waiting lists? How long are they? Yes. Each building has its own waiting list, which varies from one to eight years. Are there special income requirements? Some of our buildings provide low to mid income housing, some are market rate.
