Decision Making Day 2005 Sponsored by the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, Decision Making Day is a volunteer, public-service project. The Selfhelp Evelyn Frank Legal Resources Program has organized volunteer attorneys to speak on topics relevant to older New Yorkers at 15 different Selfhelp sites. These topics include Health Care Proxies, Power of Attorney, Wills, DNR's, and Living Wills. The programs are free of charge, will last approximately one hour, and will include a question and answer session. The following is the schedule for Selfhelp sites.
