The New York State Homecare Provider's Association Long Island Chapter had it's annual "Care Giver of the Year " awards luncheon at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury N.Y. on November 15th. Special guests at this luncheon were Phyllis Wang President of the NYSHCP Association , Commissioner Mullon of DSCA Nassau County and Rita Nolan, Director Dept. of Social Services Nassau County. Ms. Elfreda Grant
was elected by the Selfhelp long Island office as
the Home Health Aide of the Year. Elfreda continues
on a daily basis to show an endless supply of caring
and devotion to her clients. Her dedication and commitment
to her patients throughout her many years at Selfhelp
has been proven with the wonderful comments her clients
say about her year after year. |
