Selfhelp had a starring role at the June 24 Conference of the New York State Adult Day Services Association (NYSADSA) where Erin Brennan received a $500 Best Practices Award for her intergenerational computer/caregiver program. A plenary session, involving state officials, was moderated by Miriam Burns, who had encouraged submission of the innovative program as a contestant in this category. After receiving her award, Erin led a workshop about her program that generated a great deal of interest and discussion from other program participants. Congratulations and continued success
