Home Care & Home Health Aide ServicesIn addition to its Licensed Community
Home Care and Certified Home Health Aide services, Selfhelp also operates
other licensed home care programs through contracts with various New
York City Agencies. These programs receive referrals from various
case management agencies throughout the city and cannot be referred
to directly.
1. Homemaking Program – receives referrals from
the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) and
the HIV/AIDS Services Administration
(HASA).
2. Housekeeping Program – receives referrals from the Human Resources Administration (HRA). 3. Home Attendant Program – receives referrals from the Human Resources Administration (HRA). |
